CRMNow is in the business of guiding organisations in the region, towards exploiting better customer management capability.  This enables CRMNow customers to be agile and responsive to market changes.  This allows them to make more money and to have more satisfied customers.

Since 2005 CRMNow has helped businesses of all sizes to implement, integrate and enjoy the profitable (CRM) customer relationship management software’s benefits that come from a single view of the customer. With sales and marketing technology projects often seen as expensive, complex and delivering little value, CRMNow takes a unique approach by ensuring technology is seen as a tool and not the end point of the program itself.

What Ramtinworld Delivered

When we first met with CRMNow in the second half of 2010, they had a static website which they described as an online brochure. There was little to no traffic and it looked, well… dated. They wanted a whole new look and they appreciated that the company website was their online store front window.

CRMNow operate in the B2B space. They wanted to be able to position themselves as thought leaders in the cloud based CRM market. As a reseller of the Oracle CRM On Demand and Oracle Fusion CRM platforms, they had an association with a truly global brand.

CRMNow Google Report

Google Analytics shows overall traffic from March 2010 – August 2012. Don’t mind the drop off at the end, the most recent traffic is not included in the Google Report

Once the design was agreed, this provided the template for their content which was critical to helping their overall SEO performance as well as helping to position themselves as thought leaders. We used a Word Press backend which they found easy to use and meant they could manage many of the daily tasks associated with a “Web Master”, themselves.

An Ongoing Relationship

In the second half of 2012 CRMNow came to Ramtinworld with a new request. They wanted to develop an additional website, with a different look and feel, for a new product they were launching. “eNgage” is a service which expands their Oracle platforms to include video conferencing, SMS and email marketing capabilities.

At the time of writing this post, the website is still being designed, however we’re delighted with their reaction and will post screen shots and links here as soon as the site is live.
